My husband LOVES this shaver. He thanks me a couple of times a week for getting it for him. He hated to shave and sometimes would go for a day or 2 without it. I was hoping this would remedy that, and it did. My dad always said that, “A gentleman is always clean shaven.” And now, my husband is too. A gentleman and clean shaven, that is.
I always consult Consumer Reports and Amazon reviews before I buy anything. This was a CR Best Buy and rated the best by Amazon reviews. It has lived up to its reputation.

This was purchased for my 87 year old father to replace a Braun foil razor he has been nursing along for over a decade. I chose it because it was a Quick Pick on Consumer Reports. It was rated #2 behind a #1 shaver that was $100 more than this one. My father complains he wants his old Braun, but… I told him you can’t buy a Model T any more either. I have not had a complaint from him on this Remington MS2-390, and he’s the kind that would complain about the color if he didn’t like it.
